Have the TSW 54 and interested in either the 58 or 60. The lower bounce of the 58 seems better suited for opening up the club face on tight lies around the green. Any suggestions, thanks

Generally speaking, the 58 with the slightly lower bounce might be slightly better for what you describe. Not a lot of difference between two, but the tighter the lies, usually the less bounce is better.
