I wouldn’t recommend bending the aluminum hosel. More than likely it is a cast hosel, not a machined part from a billet. typically because of the grain structure aluminum is more likely to crack or break off. Also not knowing the grade such as 2024, 6061 or other grades is an issue. If it is a forged aluminum hosel (unlikely) that would minimize the cracking or breaking. If you do try to carefully bend it, you might be able to move it a degree or so.
