Most likely they were .335″ tip diameter and I don’t know how long the tip parallel length was. Whether or not you can use them on an iron depends on the tip diameter, but even if the shaft is larger where you cut it off and it could fit in an iron, cutting a wood shaft from the butt end to a short iron length could present a diameter problem on the butt end from a grip sizing standpoint (depends on the taper rate) and there is no telling exactly what the actual flex will be. Not sure the bin wouldn’t be the best place for them, but you might be able to use them to build some beginner junior clubs.
