I did the review on the Ke4 Max 5-8 and TS3 9 and PW. I did have the loft o the Ts3 strengthened a degree. They work fantastic together and I feel more confident using the TS3s on approach. I just love the way they feel and may add an 8 and /or gw to the set. But the Ke4 5 is serving mostly as a driving Iron and that whole set is so forgiving, I dont think I can optimize this any better for me than with the mixed set. I started with a whole ke4 max set and just feels like it an upgrade with no loss of forgiveness because when you get to the higher lofted clubs, the loft adds a great amount of forgiveness as is so dont concern yourself with mpf between the two. Im under the impression that TS3 are more forgiving and better feeling from what I can tell, but I personally have not compared. There is weights cast into the traditional design and the location of all the new M logo makes mixed sets look great. Just try to match loft difference consistent through out each iron.
I play Ts 1s pw – 6 and Ts 3s in 4-5 iron. Can’t go wrong with any combination honestly.
