I’m looking to replace everything between my driver and 52° and wanting some options. I’m interested in the KE4 Max irons as a hold over until my swing gets a little more consistent, but how to pair these with hybrids and woods is the question…

I carry my TSI2 9° driver about 250 and have been thinking about the KE4 4 wood then a hybrid or two before going to irons. However, I’m TOTALLY open to suggestions on how to fill things in. I have historicaly hit hybrids well and woods only so-so, but I also haven’t had a stiff shafted wood and don’t know what I might be missing there. Any input is appreciated!

Pretty simply really, but I have to assume your iron set will start with the #4 iron. So, the KE4 MAX 4 iron is 20 deg. You could then progress to our newest KE4 TC Pro H2 Hybrid at 17 deg. Both our new #3 woods, the TC Pro IST (adjustable hosel) and the TC IST (non-adjustable) are 14 deg. So that is one way to do it. If you start the set with the #5 iron, the KE4 MAX #5 iron is 23 deg. In that case you could go with the H2 (17) and H3(20) hybrid and then the #3 wood. There are other options, but those seem to be in line with what your asking. You can go to our catalog online or our website and see what all the loft specs are and map out the loft progressions that you think will work best using each type of club (irons, hybrids, fairways).

Thanks Britt! After reading more on the forum I noticed that you at one point were gaming the FDI in a #3 and #4. Would you share why have chosen those over the Hybrids?
I can control the trajectory a little better with the FDI’s than the traditional hybrids. I really play them more like long irons. I prefer lower trajectory and I tend to hit traditional hybrids a little higher. Also, the distances I hit them are just what I needed in the progression.
