I placed an order for some grips that has been sitting in the status of “awaiting shipment” for 3 days. The grips were listed as in stock and not backorderd. I called today to check on the status and waited on hold for a long while until a message came on that stated I could leave a message that would be returned in 2 business days. 2 business days to get a callback?!? I’ve not had many issues before with orders going out quickly nor getting anyone on the phone to answer questions. Did something change behind the scenes recently? I’ve been reading on other forums of people having similar issues that weren’t happening in the past.

Sure, ORDER #5009207. I know you had done a website change and things were getting settled there but I was also unsure if there were other changes made that could have disrupted the normal order flow.
