Difficult to say as flex and weight changes can have different results for different players. If you like the weight and feel of the 95 gram graphite, I don’t think you by going 10 grams lighter you would notice much difference in performance, but you might in feel. Going 20 grams or more lighter you will notice the difference in feel, or you should, but I would not expect a big difference in distance. Yes, lighter (and longer lengths) can improve distance to some degree, but only by a few yards at best in irons. If you were playing a 120 grams shafts and moved to 75 or 85, and probably 95, you might see more of a difference, and you probably did when you went to 95 gram shafts. The single most important determining specification for distance and trajectory on irons is loft. Second is the length of the club and third would be the overall or total weight of the club. Since you need help with trajectory I would not suggest going to stronger lofts. The Mizuno 919 Pro’s are not as strong lofted as some of the more current models and that is probably good for your trajectory needs. So, with all that being said, you might want to try slightly lighter (not so much that there is a noticeable feel change), and possibly a little more flex. I would not rule out the A flex as a test. A softer overall flex profile can help some with the trajectory and rarely will cause a dispersion problem. As far as swing weight, a lighter shaft will lower the swing weight. 9 grams reduction in shaft weight will generally reduce swing weight by 1 point. It can vary depending on the balance point. The important point is not to expect to gain 10 or 15 yards on the irons with a slight weight or flex change. A few yards, possibly. You would probably need to go stronger lofted and lighter and possibly slightly longer in your playing length to see more than a few yards. The trade off on the longer length is that longer is harder to hit solid. You might can go 1/2 longer and it not be an issue. You would need to test to find out.
A lot to consider, but you are in a familiar position with a lot of players, me included. Best way to find out is to test with one club, like your #7 iron. Try a lighter, possibly more flexible, and possibly slightly longer set up and see what happens.

That was exactly the type of information I was hoping for. Thanks Britt!
I have a TS3 7i head and M890 R flex shaft on order to try out. I also have a Kuro Kage gen 2 in A flex laying around, and might just need to give that a shot as well.. knowing what elements have more effect on the ball flight and distance is super helpful. Appreciated!
