I just made a 3,5 and 7 wood in the KE4 TC Pro 3 wood series and the 3 wood hosel sleeve is labeled different from the other two (as well as my KE4 TC Max Adjustable Driver) .

The 5, 7 and driver go N-L-NU-H turning the sleeve to the left and the 3 wood goes N-H-NU-L. All are marked as right hand sleeves.

Might the 3 wood sleeve be a mislabeled left hand sleeve?

Regardless does the loft, lie and face angle chart still apply correctly for the 3 wood?

We have inspected the inventory we have and we found a few #3 woods that have a left handed adaptor in it, but the adaptor is marked RH. So that is what you have. We have isolated the few and checked all stock in house and are confident all stock is as it should be. For the adaptor you have, it still works, just means the on the #3 wood adaptor you have the “H” is actually “L” and visa versa. We can send you a correctly marked RH adaptor and you can just switch it out. Or, if you prefer we just replace the entire head, we can do that as well. Whatever you want to do, contact our customer service, explain you have an incorrect adaptor in the #3 Pro Fairway, and tell them you talked to me and that I will explain what to do.

Really sorry for the issue, but glad you pointed it out. Never had something like this happen before. Allowed us to prevent it from happening again with the few pieces we found in stock that had the same issue.

Thanks Britt. Helpful to know to reverse H and L. Explains why my adjustments weren’t working quite like I expected though I still like the 3 wood.

Not sure what I’ll do but will reach out to Returns and go from there.
I’ve got one of them as well . Same situation, I moved the sleeve to H and hit it lower than in neutral. I thought I was having a bad swing day but got home and saw this post . Like you I love the head. It is solid. Thanks for bringing it up.
billyp thanks for letting me know as well. We went through our entire inventory and found a few of the mislabeled adaptors in each number, 3,5,7. Thankfully not very many. We are changing those out and have plenty of inventory of the heads with the correct adaptor and have plenty replacement adaptors. Really sorry for the confusion and the issue. Definitely an unusual occurrence to have the adaptor mislabeled like that.
