They are adjustable / bendable, but your not going to get 70 degrees out of any of them. The #9 iron is 63.5″ and you should be able to bend it comfortably to around 65.5, maybe a little more. None of our irons are our going to be able to bend to a lie of 70 degrees. We had the C-Hybrid Trouble Out Chipper back in 2017. It had 70 deg. lie angle. It did OK from a sales standpoint and we ended up selling out of them in 2020. Not sure if we will do another. $179.00 seems like a lot for a Chipper (Ping’s price). I learned the chip an run using 7,8,9 irons back in the day. Still use them that way.
