I know the Canadian site is down, I’ve tried emailing with very limited response, I’ve called and gotten no answer numerous times. I can’t get no response anywhere, I’ve been trying to order clubs for over a month, I’m starting to think my you guys don’t want my money?
Definitley want to apologize for what you are experiencing. We are working through some issues on the Canadian site, but it is up and accessible from what I can tell. Not all products are available yet, and there are other items we are working on. I have notified them of your concerns. All I can advise is to keep trying to contact them directly. One option might be to call us here in the U.S. and we can process and ship your order from the U.S. if we have what you are looking for. There are some items available in Canada that are not available in the U.S.

I finally spoke with someone over the phone and was told I can’t order paks over the phone?
I spoke with a person over email expressing interest in buying clubs on February 28th after reaching out initially on the 21st. It’s now April 6th and I’m still waiting on a revised quote since March 30th. It took 28 days to get me the original quote, this is beyond painful.
I’m not sure how busy you guys are in Canada, but this is ridiculous. I guess I’m back to looking at TaylorMade clubs.
