Done measurements yet on the Ping G710’s?
Thanks.
The Ping 710 MPF 749 (Super Game Improvement category). C-dimension – 1.635″ // AVCOG – .878″ // Rearward COG – .504″ // MOI – 19.0887 ou/in².
By looking at it you would guess it would be Ultra Game Improvement, but the AVCOG was a little high and the rearward was not as much as you would think with the sole width. Great C-dim measurement and the MOI might be the highest we have measured for a iron. Overall should be very playable and forgiving for most players.

Britt,
The G710 has quite a bit longer C-dimensions vs G700, yet their blade length is the same. This leads me to believe either the G700 has CG heel side of center or G710 toe side? Can you confirm?
G700 C-dim was 1.552 with the horizontal cg .050″ heel side. The G710 c-dim is 1.635 with the horizontal cg location .061″ heel side. Very little difference in these two and the final MPF numbers. G700 736 and G710 749.

Britt,
From those numbers the CG in the G710 is further from the shaft(longer c-dim), yet it’s more heelside from center of the face? How can that be given that they’re the same size.. or am I confusing the numbers?
Your are right, but if you subtract the heel side difference, the actual horizontal is still longer on the G710. 1.635 – .061=1.574. On the G700 1.552 – .050= 1.1.502. So there is a .02 difference with the G710 being the longer dimension. That’s not much difference and doesn’t effect the number much. Hence the final numbers being so close – G710 at 746 and G700 being 736.

Britt,
Thank you for the update :) !
