Are there other shaft brands that you sell that do a frequency test and mark the shaft for the stable plane like the Maltby and Xcaliber shafts? If so, can you list which ones?
Thanks
Can’t tell you for sure which manufacturers do an oscillation test. I do believe that most all do some kind of oscillation test in an attempt to identify a stable plane for the purpose of locating the logo. I do not believe any do “stable plane” identification testing specifically and to any precise degree. No idea what Xcaliber is doing now as they are no longer manufactured at the factory they were when we carried them. Our Pro Series, the Graftech and the new Grafalloy ProLaunch GWX (we developed for Grafalloy) are frequency tested in the the 0 and 90 degree planes and marked as such. I will try and get some information on the processes on some of the brands and let you know what I find out.
