3000 psi is fine. Without knowing the type of epoxy you used I can’t know if the type is right for the application, but based just on psi, it should be good.

Never used it on golf clubs so I can’t give you any kind of guarantees, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t hold as long as the hosel was clean, shaft prepped properly, etc. Hopefully the head won’t fly off. 3000 psi is more than enough for golf club assembly. I just don’t know if what you used cures brittle, or soft, etc. Most epoxies we formulate are designed to not cure brittle, but have a little pliability. Brittle cure epoxies can crack and can sometimes cause a void that can lead to a failure.

Permatex steel reinforced Cold Weld. I want to hit some range balls into a lake but I don’t want the club head in the lake. Thank You Britt.
