I do not have the hosel dimension or shaft tip size requirement for those heads, but in the past the Tour Exotic hybrids and irons (except the forged irons) used .370″ tip shafts. I do show in our database an HL4 Iron/Wood from 2019 and it was .370″. If it is .370″, you can use iron or hybrid shafts. The head weight is about 6 grams heavier than a standard 5 iron head weight. 260 grams is heavier than most traditional hybrid head weights. If you making the club to a length that is more of an iron length, like a 38″ standard 5 iron length or 37.5″ #6 iron length, then you could go with .370″ iron shafts. How you trim it for flex does depend on the head weight and somewhat on how long you are going to make it. The head weight would indicate you would trim it for #6 iron, but if your making it longer, you could adjust the trim.
