Hello, kind of out of left field question here.

I have an old shaft that was in an r7 5 iron that I really liked, and it’s the length that I would want my 7 iron right now. I want to try to put that shaft in a maltby m45 7 iron. Just curious how it would react, if I would need to tip trim more or what I can expect from putting it in the 7 iron. It’s an old reax 65 regular flex graphite shaft. Any insight?
