I was looking at reshafting my standard TC driver but I think I may wait until the TC Pro releases if the BBTG is different enough. Are the specs on that yet? And since the MAX is up on the site, is there a guestimate for the Pro’s release? Thanks.

The specs are set, but there could be very minor variances from the first samples to the finals. On the samples we have now the BBTG is 1.875″. No date on the Pro. We made some changes and we are waiting on the next set of samples which are suppose to ship to us next week. IF the new samples are approved, we would be looking at approximately 90-120 days for production, IF (big IF) there are no unforeseen delays due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of the factory. We also loose about 2-3 weeks with the Chinese New Year coming up. Hopefully if we approve these samples, we would have the Pro driver available by mid May or June. We are pushing for sooner.

We don’t list BBTG on our clubs. You can simply take club length minus the bore depth and get the number. Doing it that way depends on how you measure length. If measured correctly, with the club in the playing position and the sole centered on the ground, then the BBTG number should be very close to (if not the same) as measuring it with the club in a gauge and a ruler, scale, etc.

Britt, that’s great info. I’m sorry to bug again but what is the BBTG for the standard TC for comparison? I see the spec sheet on the site says the bore depth is 1.185″. I imagine you could get BBTG by taking club length minus bore depth though? Or do you all list BBTG for your clubs and I am missing it? That’s certainly possible as I can look right at something and not see it.
