I have a set of a TS2s and love them. Best Irons I’ve ever played, and I’ve hit about every Golfworks iron made since 1995. I see there is a price reduction. Makes me think they may be discontinued. If so, what would you say is the closest replacement for them?
The TS2 is a great iron and has done very well. It, and the TS1 have been around for 4 years and the plan is to faze them out moving into 2024. That may change, but for now that is what we are thinking. The closest cosmetic replacement would be the TS3, although the TS3’s lofts are a little weaker. The TS3 is rated higher (more forgiving) in the MPF data, but both are still considered Super Game Improvement irons. We still have inventory of the TS2’s that will take us into spring of 2024. Might want to get a back-up set if they work that well for you. They are a timeless design and technology and will be good for a long time.
