I had been under the impression the TS3 was all but ready to go.. That the shipment was already stateside. But I’m hearing from Customer service that now it’s spring time. Any clarification on availability?

Apologies for that incorrect information. The heads are here. The delay in availability is related to the new operation system and getting the new products entered into the system. The product is created and ready to go on the website, but we can’t turn it on until we get them set up in the operating system. I am hopeful that by sometime next week they will be available for shipment. Just one of the many details we are working on 24/7.
