Generally I would say on a #6 hybrid you would want it to be the same as the irons. That being said, it really depends on which shaft fits you for that club. It could be the stiff would be better. The stiff is a little heavier, so might make a small difference if you want it to be slightly heavier. If you have a faster tempo, then maybe the stiff flex. Smoother tempo, the R flex could be the better choice. I really don’t think you would notice much playability difference no matter which you choose. There should be a difference in feel, S feeling firmer, R feeling softer.
