This is the answer Britt gave to the same question a couple weeks ago, see below.
The differences are statistically insignificant. MPF’s are only 1 point different. We have always said that 50 to 100 point difference in the MPF rating, especially in the higher categories, would not be noticeable. There can be slight variations in measuring several different heads. If I measured 10 heads I can get slight variations, but usually they result in only a few points variation. I generally measure 3 heads and measure them 2 to 3 times to get the final numbers. So, in short, what you see between the TS3 chrome and black is insignificant. They will play the same.
