Building set of TS3 irons and tip trimming LT Score for regular flex using the IR6 code. Do I trim all my wedges – PW, GW, 52, 56, and 60 at 4 inches? The PW and GW are TS3, and the 52,56, and 60 are DRT.

Yes. Once you get to what the trim code says for the wedge, that applies to all wedges.

I built the 5 wedges (TS 3 PW, GW and DRT 52,56, 60) with the 4 ” tip trim. Finished build and noticed that the ground to first step is 3/4 inch longer on the DRTs because of the longer hosel. Is this going to effect the flex, making them a 1/2 flex softer?

The position of the first step due to the hosel length will generally not make them play noticeably softer. The head weights of the DRT, since they are heavier, will make them play a little softer, but the hosel length should not have a noticeable effect. Most players like the higher lofted wedges that they do not hit full a majority of the time to be a little softer.
