U30’s were never sent in, but we did manufacture them to be conforming for the new groove rules that were put in place in 2010. Even if we had not done the new groove, the USGA grandfathered pre-2010 grooves that were conforming to be considered conforming until the year 2024, but could not be used in USGA events. If your “league” is strict about USGA guidelines, and someone wants to call it out, they were never sent in. I would hope that would not be the case. The USGA is backed-up on getting things tested. We just received approval on our new TS-1 irons and TS-2 irons after several weeks in the system.
The KE4 Tour + model we currently sell is on the conforming list and are in the Ultra Game Improvement category, if you think you need to play a set that is on the list. Might be time for an new set, although the KE4 U30’s are still as playable a club that has ever been produced, IMO.
