I want to build a long putter. know there are no components designed for that, but i was thinking of using the largest moment putter head and extending the shaft 9”. My question is if it’s possible to bend the double bend shaft to 79*?

i had a similar project with one of my customers. instead of bending the shaft , I installed a hosel (SKU: GW0138), don’t recall which one. I was able to manipulate it as well as bend it to 76* which was a good fit for him.

You could possibly bend the shaft to 79 deg. and Rlaffones suggestion is an option as well. They all can be bent, just have to be careful on the aluminum ones not to scratch the PVD finish. I haven’t tried to get to 79 degrees using one, but the longer ones might be able to get there.
