Couple things to comment on.
First of all, go get fit. As previously mentioned, it’s the best money you’ll spend to learn the most about your actual game. A quality fitter will work with you to go through various shafts, both on weight and flex. They’ll look at your swing and see what type of bend profile might work best for you. They should come up with at least 2 options that will work for you. Then look at a few heads that you like or want to try and see where the fitting takes you. Getting an idea of what type of head you hit well and what you don’t, should lead you to the best options from the Maltby lineup. Places like Golf Galaxy or PGA Superstore aren’t the best options, usually for fittings. Find a local shop that has great reviews and has been around a while, and go check them out. See what technology they use and what their shop looks like. You can usually get a feel for them by their shop, but also chat with them about what you’re trying to accomplish and see how they react. Again, that will tell you a lot about them and their fitting capabilities.
Second, you need to figure out what you’re trying to accomplish with the new irons. Do you need more forgiveness? Do you want to be able to work the ball? How is your iron striking and quality/consistency of contact? Do you care about offset, top line thickness, blade length, sole width, etc? Certain iron heads may be eliminated straight away when you really sit down and review your game and your playing abilities. This can be a sobering review, if done right. But being honest with yourself and your abilities will help you play the best golf in the end.
Once you have you shaft options and at least eliminated a few heads, reach out to Golfworks sales/support to discuss what options you have for heads and shafts and they should be able to guide you to 1 or 2 head options that will meet what you are looking for.
Fittings should be fun and educational. So enjoy the process and learn all you can about your swing. Being armed with both the information the fitting gives, plus the information you write up on your game will really help you improve and enjoy the game more since it should put the right clubs in your bag.
