I’m considering getting a new driver. Can you compare the KE4 Tour to the KE4 Max? If both heads were paired with the same shaft, same swing weight, etc. would there be a difference in distance, flight, forgiveness? The specs seem to be very similar. Thanks.
Besides the cosmetic difference, the MAX was designed to have the cg a little further back than the original TC, which generally, for most players, will produce a slightly higher trajectory, all things being equal. Of course, results can vary from player to player. the sound and feel of the MAX exceeded our expectations and it has done very well since we launched it. the TC continues to perform well too. The TC will most likely be fazed out sometime next year. We have a new TC Pro driver in production now. It will be a little smaller (approximately 440cc) with a classic shape.
