Brit,

As you know I have MMB17 DBM edition, I noticed in one of your answer that the DBM had no problems bending, But I know the MMB17 you had to be very careful about bending just because it was prone to snap if your not careful… being they are both DBM why is it that the DBM you could bend easier the MMB17 DBM..

also do you see the TS4 having a limited edition DBM set like the MMB17 or to far in the future to tell.. I Commented on a previous answer to my question but I am not sure if you have to time to go back on every question and read comments.. I know you have a lot of work and your a busy man.

MMB17 Black was 8620 carbon steel that was form forged. The DBM iron was billet forged from 1035 carbon steel. The material and the process is what made the difference in how much one could be bent over the other.

No plans at this time to have a DBM version of the TS4. We would need to see if it would be possible, based on the materials and process we are using to make it. To early to test to see if it is a possibility.

Apologies for missing a comment on a previous post. I try to go back and check all posts to see if I missed something, but sometimes I miss some. Thanks for understanding.

Oh you didn’t miss it.. I literally just posted it like a 20 minutes before this question I just figured I would add that in this question cause I was curious on the bending aspect between the 2… So I appreciate you so much Britt. I just didn’t know if you actually checked the comments after the answer
