A lot of information is missing from your question to give you a true recommendation…
But.. as a high handicapper you more than likely first off need more loft in your driver. So right there the KE4 and the ISO-T might not be for you. The STi2 and the M890 should both be forgiving options for you that can add a nice ball flight and a stable easy to hit head.
Don’t let your ego choose more loft than you can handle. A 14° driver will find the fairway all damn day long. Plus it will allow you to gain confidence off the tee. That alone will take pressure off the rest of your game.
Of the KE4 and the ISO-T I would say the KE4 is a more forgiving driver. The ISO-T is a bit fade biased but can be a low spin, ball speed monster. I have hit some epic drives with the ISO-T. I find the fairway more with the KE4. But I would not hand either of those to a high handicap golfer.
