shouldn’t be a problem for most club builders. Most any club can be changed over to graphite, or changed over to steel.
I would recommend be a bit more descriptive in your question and what you are trying to accomplish.
I recently reshafted a set of Taylormade irons, Tour Edge hybrids, to graphite from steeel. My customer was looking to increase distance as he’s older now
and has dropped a bit of his swing speed. Surprisingly he went from hitting a 8 iron to a pitching wedge into a par 3 (120 yards). That’s quite a bit of distance, but the shafts fit him well.
