We re-formulated our grip solvents for 2019. We now have the Pro-Blend, which is what we use in our production. It has slightly more of a Naptha smell to it, but very slight. Our new All Purpose has very little smell due to the higher amount of d-limonene, which is a citrus base solvent. We tested for 6 months all kinds of blends to give us the two best options and these two are the result. The All Purpose can be shipped by air due to its higher flash point. Both work with ever grip well, and dry easily within 90 minutes, and most of the time sooner. Very pleased with the result.
We do still have some of the FP142+ and it is good also, much like the Brampton, but both of those take much longer to set up.
No matter what solvent you are using, you should use it in a well ventilated area.

Which grip solvent product are you using? I’ve been using the Brampton HF-100 solvent indoors for about 10 years & notice very little odor & it is not flammable. The GW FP 142+ is similar to the Brampton’s, though I’ve not used it & cannot comment on its odor.
