No plans to do it and here is why. All of the iron fitting heads we have ever seen and measured, because of the way the hosels are engineered, do not represent the same mass and dimensional characteristics of the product you would ultimately buy or play with. Bore depths change, distribution of the head mass changes because there is more weight in the hosel. I understand it’s appeal, but you not hitting or being fit with what you’re going to get. So all I would say is just be aware that the club dynamics are not the same as the finished product. May not matter to you or be that big a difference and your happy with at least getting an idea of what the head shaft combo might perform like, but it’s not the same.
If we could ever come up with a way to do a quick change shaft and head assembly for the purpose of fitting that duplicated precisely what the finished club would be, we would. We have tested many, if not all of them. I’m sure some day we or someone else will figure it out.
