If you want to go with a steel shaft in the hybrid, you could just go with the Score LT in the regular flex. You would just need to trim the shafts according to the head weigh. So, for a 2 or 3 TC hybrid you would trim nothing from the tip, for the 4 hybrid you would trim 1/2″ from the tip and for a 5 hybrid TC you would trim 1″ from the tip. This is based o the head weights and how they match up to corresponding iron head weights. After tip trimming, if needed, then trim to final playing length from the butt end of shaft. If you want a graphite shaft, the KE4 TC pak with either the Rapport shaft, the Tensei Blue shaft or the Kuro Kage Black shaft could work. All three of those shafts have very similar zone frequency profiles. The Tensei Blue would be the softest, but only by a very small amount, maybe not even a noticeable amount.
