Dose anyone know the hosel depth of this driver? A friend gave me this head but the shaft was broke off at the bottom of the hosel I think it is all out but the depth is under 1 inch more like 7/8 ths any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention that you need strong hands to do that. But it is easier that trying to figure out how to put the head in a vise without damaging it.

I went out to the garage and measured a couple of them. They are both 1-1/4 inches. Get a drill that is the same bore width (0.335? I didn’t measure it). Put the drill into the hosel as far as it will go. Grab the end of the drill with a vise grip and turn it until pieces of plastic – the remains of the broken shaft – quit coming out. The reason to NOT use an electric hand drill is that it would be too easy to drill too far and have part of the rubber stopper at the bottom of the hosel drop into the head.

Doubtful the bore depth was only 1 inch, much less 7/8 inch. I do not have one to check, but I rarely see a driver with a standard bore depth of less than 1 1/4″. If I can find more definitive information, I will post it.
