I have a couple questions concerning this putter:
•Is the putter still available?
•Will this putter accept bent shaft?
•Will this putter accept GW putter hosel?
•Is there a way to increase the swingweight without lead powder down the shaft?

Rlafoone answered your questions accurately. I would just ask why a double bend on a center shafted model? The double bends are designed to provide offset and in most cases a face balanced presentation when installed into a heel located bore. Our double bends are designed for a 90 degree bore. The post on the CS putter is not at 90 degrees. You can’t install a 90 degree double bend on a post angle of 70 degrees on a putter like the center shafted PTM5-CS and it be playable. The hosels are designed for 90 degree bore as well. So even if you remove the post, you could not install the hosels or a 90 deg. double bend and it get a playable set up. If you have a 90 degree bore in a center shafted location, it might be possible to create a custom bend in a shaft to get whatever it is you are looking for, or you might be able to use one of the hosels and bend it. But, without the 90 degree bore, I don’t think you can get a playable set up.

as far as a putter hosel adapter goes, this has a post, not a typical hole so the a regular shaft fits “over” the post. Golfworks does offer BB9141 if you want to insert a shaft.
as far as a bent shaft goes TT0207 might work. Lead tape would be the only option i know of to add weight other than lead tape down the shaft.
I’m guessing you’re trying to make a long putter using this head.
