The actual MPF number on the F2 irons is 635. The Game Improvement category that Ralph created is 551 to 700 MPF points, so the F2 is a solid Game Improvement design. The MMB – 17’s actual points were 714 and the TE was 788, both putting them in the Super Game Improvement category. I know you can see this on the MPF pages, but I point it out so you can see the F2 and the MMB-17 are not that far apart, and Ralph has always stated that it would probably be difficult for many players to tell the difference in designs that are within 100 -150 points when they are in the GI, SGI and UGI categories. The F2 is a slightly shorter blade length with a slightly higher vertical cg than the other two. That is why it is falls in the Game Improvement cateogry and not the Super Game improvement category. If short, if you would notice the difference it would be in the forgiveness and you might have a slightly lower trajectory with the F2 irons.
