I’m trying to decide which flex would be best for my ss in the MPF Pro UL driver shaft. My driver ss can range from 85 to low 90’s depending on how loose I am. Is there a recommended ss range for each flex?

85 – 90 would put you in an R flex for most shafts. The MPF shafts are firmer in the DR shafts, FW’s hybrids and irons, but in the MPF UL the R flex is more in line with the averages for all R flex woods. The tip is slightly firmer, but the butt section and mid section of the MPF UL R flex is right on the average for all R flexes. If your going with the MPF UL, I would go with the R flex based on your swing speed. If you were going with the DR shaft and not the UL shaft, I would say go with the A flex.

Also, MPF Pros are 1 flex firmer than most other shafts, I’d say a little more than 1 flex.
Your speed would indicate senior in MPF shafts.
