An alternative to that would be the new MPF Pro Series + shaft (they're awesome) and you can purchase a pak for only $89 already assembled. The X-stiff is 85gms, if you want something close to the MMT.

To my knowledge, they don't offer any forged offerings in LH. I got fitted for the KE4 max at HQ and tried both the STI2 and KE4 Max, I hit the Max better, so I ordered a set of those.
