No the hybrid shaft will not fit a driver.  The hybrid shafts have a .370" tip diameter and the driver shafts have a .335" tip diameter.  They will not fit.

The Mizuno MP Type 2 driver is listed as a mid launch and low spin design.  Club loft is the first factor that influences trajectory.  Without knowing what you want the final trajectory to look like...
