When I trim Score LT shafts to R-flex; they do not seem to behave properly. I’ve done a 3 iron and two 58 degree wedges and none of them compare favorably to a Dynamic R-300. Has anyone experienced similar results?
The Score LT shafts and the Dynamic Gold R300 shafts are totally different designs and you really can not compare them. The Score LT is a lightweight High trajectory shaft. The Dynamic Gold, even in the R flex, is a low trajectory shaft that is standard weight. The Dynamic Gold is the lowest trajectory steel shaft available and that is why it is favored by so many good players. The Score LT was developed to offer players a lightweight steel shaft that promoted higher trajectories. They should not, and will not perform the same.
