When I trim Score LT shafts to R-flex; they do not seem to behave properly. I’ve done a 3 iron and two 58 degree wedges and none of them compare favorably to a Dynamic R-300. Has anyone experienced similar results?
If I may also point out that the Score LT runs stiffer than the flex indicates, so when trimmed to R, it will actually be about a half flex stronger.
That is the answer I was looking for. I phrased the question poorly, so thanks. The trouble I was having was that trimming Score LT shafts to regular did not seem to produce “regular” flex. I guessed totally wrong and went the opposite way…thinking I had to trim a bit more from the tip to offset the “high” trajectory…which I assumed meant low bend point. What you are saying makes total sense.
