I recently ask on useing this shaft to replace my taylormade m2 stock shaft. The proforce v2 R 63 weight  I currently have this shaft on my 3 sims 3 wood and when I hit it well it will go 220yds. Do I want to stay with the same weight or should I go lighter

since your getting such good results with the Proforce V2 HL at 63 grams, I would stick with that.
As Popeye mentioned it will skew your swingweight. I’d guesstimate a 9 gram increase in shaft weight (+1 SW) and 10 grams more in head weight (+5 SW) assuming a 200 gram Driver Head and a 210 gram 3 wood head, and a two inch decrease in shaft length (-12 SW) you would need to add 6 grams of weight to the head. Again this is ball park. It might suit you just fine without adding weight.
Would like to know what you decide and how it works out.
