Mark, you’re right. There’s really no significant difference between these wedges. I know there’s a new series of wedges coming out, but I don’t expect the playability or design to be much different than any of these. Seems they have found what makes for the most playable wedge and have stuck with it. So all but one 58* wedge has a 1.05 sole and an 8* bounce. Only the glider is a little different. Britt always says that whatever designs they use need to be playable, so I doubt we’ll ever see a thin soled wedge design that has more than 56* of loft, and even then, it’ll probably never be less than .90 sole width. Obviously, there are numerous “players” wedges out there with thin soles, even in the higher lofts, and they are not very playable! Hope this helps some.
