Hey guys just want to know out of all the putters in your line up what has the softest feel is it Accusite putters , Maltby Pure track putters far as feel in a blade style head ?
If you are looking at the blade style putters I would put the PureTrac PM-1 against any hig end putter made today. The weight and feel is exceptional. As for a softer feel.. experiment with a lower compression ball. Grab a Callaway Super Soft and roll it a few times. It feels like it melts into the putter head before it releases. Higher compression balls seem to actually have a click to them. I have a happy medium and play the Chrome Soft. Plays like any tour ball but is very soft on the putter. Hope that helps a little.
For those who seek a softer feel off the putter, I suggest that the priority is how a putter looks to the golfer as well as how it feels to stroke it without a ball. Then with the proper fitting for lie, loft, length, grip you have the right one. Now if you need a softer feel than you’re getting with your ball, change to another pro line ball that is softer. Fit and feel and look of putter is essential. Changing balls is easy. By the way, gone are the days when Titleist was the only real choice, even though Nicklaus did pretty well with the MacGregor Tourney! Hope this helps! Michael
I think they all have a nice feel. The level of “softness” is hard to define as everyone will have a different sense, or touch. The S25C Carbon steel in the PM-1 blade feels soft to me, as does the 304 stainless in the Accusite blades. Really difficult for me to say one over the other, but you might notice a difference that I don’t. I know that’s not much help. Maybe others can comment with their experience.
